Food needs to be in small amounts I put it together with high hopes but sadly my dog's kibble is too big to use it. It would be better to use it for cat food. It was super easy to set up. I like that the hopper is clear so you can see how much food is left because I have another automatic feeder that doesn't have a clear food container and I don't like it.
Not raccoon proof Easy to use but keep it indoors. I keep it outside to feed some wild animals and they can tear it apart and get all the food out. I really like that you can record your voice on it and say a word to your animals when it's feeding time. I also found it easy to set the timer and portion control on the buttons on the front. Easy if you follow the instructions, just remember not to leave it outside
I bought one and had my roommate buy one too. The price has gone up since I first purchased this product. I love the convenience of this product. I usually only have to refill the feeder once a week. My dog and my roommate's cat hear the recording to know when it's time to eat. I need to buy two more for my parents' dog.
Works great, smaller than I hoped Easy to use, easy to program, just a smaller capacity than I would have liked, but that was my fault and should have taken that into consideration before purchasing, but overall a very solid product that keeps my pup happy and well fed!
